- Single bundled case rate: Nox programs use a bundled case-rate pricing structure, where a single payment covers the full care cycle for the treated medical condition. This encourages teamwork and high-value care while eliminating friction points, care gaps, and waste.
- Fully integrated with the plan benefit: The Nox program is fully integrated within the health plan benefit to ensure a frictionless member experience. It works with HDHP and PPO plans, and member cost shares can be applied against their HSA or FSA accounts.
- Fully integrated with the sponsor’s ecosystem: The Nox program can also be fully integrated within the plan sponsor ecosystem. We integrate with care navigators and advocacy solutions, with onsite and virtual primary care clinics, and with vertical disease management programs.
